We’ve built a platform to help millions of employees enroll in benefits and have a single place for HR to manage it all.
2008
We opened our first office in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
2012
The business transitioned to a SaaS model, a change that would spur much of our future growth by lowering the costs of benefits & HR tech by 80%.
2015
After nearly eight years in business, the 1 millionth employee was added onto our platform.
2016
We allowed 3rd parties to integrate their products & services on our platform. We also opened new offices in Frederick, Maryland and Salt Lake City, Utah to support our growing team.
2020
The business passed major milestones surpassing 50,000 companies and 10 million employees & dependents using Employee Navigator.
2021
Employee Navigator raised $34 million from JMI Equity to continue to invest and build market leading benefits and HR products.
